Spanish banks provide mortgage up to 70% of the value of buying property. The process of lending is much easier and faster than in England. Payment period is from 5 to 25 years with the limit of age of 75 years. This means that the mortgage must be paid in full before the age of 75.

Necessary documents to obtain mortgage:

  • Photocopy of passport
  • A certificate of earnings
  • bank statments
  • P60 from the Tax Office generated income for the previous year and the current
  • Valuation of property

All submitted documents must be translated into Spanish.

At the request of the customer before submitting the documents we prepare an initial simulation and calculation of mortgage of different banks.
